Parking. If you need parking during the conference, please print the PARKING PERMIT and place it near dashboard. With this permit, you can park any green, yellow or orange parking spots. The most convenient parking lot for the conference is Lot H or PS3. Please check UTD Parking Map for other available parking spots. Overnight parking is forbidden.
Flying. The two major nearby airports are the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL) airports.
Ride Sharing Services. Ridesharing services (Uber and Lyft) are active in the Dallas area. When arriving to campus, please ask to be dropped off at the UTD Bus Circle / Visitor's Center.

Hotels.
Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham - Richardson : 3-star hotel. 10 minutes drive to conference. No shuttle service. Rates are $69 per day for single (studio) suites, and $79 per day for double (loft) suites. They will allow up to 2 people in single suites, and 3 people for double suites with no extra charge.
Wingate by Wyndham - Richardson : 3-star hotel. 10 minutes drive to conference. No shuttle service. Rates are $79 per day for king size rooms. There is an additional charge of $10 per day for an additional person.
Hilton Richardson Dallas : 4-star hotel. 10 minutes drive to conference. Limited shuttle service will be provided for the conference participants. Rates are from $114 per day for king size rooms.
