Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Sha-kedra Harris is an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a demonstrated history of working in the individual and family services industry. She graduated from Valdosta State University with a Master’s in Social Work in 2013. In 2016, she obtained Clinical licensure through the Georgia Professional Composite Board. She also holds a Ph.D. in Performance Psychology. She is skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, Strength-Based Techniques, Evidence-Based Techniques, Group Therapy, Substance Abuse, Marriage and Crisis Counseling Interventions. Shakedra also holds credentialing of Board Certified Diplomate (BCD), Clinical Military Counseling (CMCC), Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW), and Georgia School Social Work. She is also a member of The National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
Student Facilitator
Pastor Jerry Sanders is the dedicated pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Dooling, Georgia and currently serves as the principal of Dougherty Comprehensive High School in Albany, Georgia. A proud graduate of Macon County High School and Albany State University, Pastor Sanders holds multiple advanced degrees and brings decades of experience as an educator and leader.
He has served in Bibb, Sumter, Dooly, and now Dougherty County, earning recognition as a Teacher of the Year and receiving numerous Golden Apple Awards from graduating seniors. Known as a true servant leader, Pastor Sanders is passionate about shaping lives both spiritually and academically, and continues to be a strong voice for youth, education, and community growth.
Parent Facilitator
Dr. Craig Ferguson is a seasoned organizational leader with over 20 years of experience in program operations, student services, and strategic partnerships across educational and nonprofit sectors. With a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, he brings a visionary yet practical approach to driving institutional growth, optimizing program performance, and supporting student success. Dr. Ferguson has held key leadership roles directing academic programs, adult education, community partnerships, and organizational change. His career spans public education, higher ed, and social services, where he has led multidisciplinary teams, advanced retention strategies, and fostered community collaboration. Passionate about equity and excellence in education, he continues to champion innovative learning environments that uplift underserved communities and prepare future leaders.
