Lesson Information & Policies

Private lesson tuition includes 4 private lessons each month.

Materials:

• Students are expected to provide their own instrument, cleaning supplies and music. Required method books and repertoire will be discussed in lessons.
• Students are also expected to have access to a computer and the ability to download apps.

Lesson Expectations:

• I expect that students will come to each lesson on time and warmed up. Students can warm up in the waiting room prior to their lesson if they should choose to.
• Students are expected to adequately prepare for their lessons (30 minutes of practice at home per day recommended).
• Bringing all materials to each lesson and recital participation is key to students' success

Makeup Lesson Policy:

• If you need to miss a scheduled lesson, you may choose one of the following options
  • Switch lesson times with another student. You may either switch for another day, or ask a student before or after you to take an hour lesson one week and you the next.
• Lessons are non-refundable. When committing to taking lessons I block off a time for your son's/daughter's lessons. These slots are then reserved each month to guarantee your lesson time.
