Teach Online Workshops are offered in Zoom. Look for your weekly schedule and reminders in your St Thomas email. It will include the day's topic and the link.

If you miss the workshop, our workshops are repeated and we are always glad to help you with questions and course building ideas and skills.

It's about your learners...

Keep your learners in mind when you design your course and when you teach it. Here's something you don't want to miss:

Use Blackboard course analytic reports. There are multiple types of information about your students' participation and performance. Here are three examples:

  • Reports log your own hours in the course and those of each student. Find reports on the menu when you right click to edit an item.

  • Retention Center lets you know who hasn't turned in assignments and may be at risk of falling behind.

  • Select "Track" in all assignments to gather information that contributes to your analytics.
