Nikita is a queer disabled student from India. She is a Research Assistant at New York University, Ashoka University working remotely & Research Contributor at ManyBabies Consortium.
She is an aspiring Speech-Language Pathologist and a Developmental Cognitive Neuroscientist. Her research interests include but not limited to economic inequality/poverty and the impact it has on brain and cognitive development in infants and toddlers from LMICs. She is an advocate for open science, mentorship & disabled community. She is also the co-founder of #Dev-ersity in academia (#DIA) which is another open science initiative dedicated towards developmental psychology enthusiasts.

Nainika holds a B.A. Honors in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College, DU, M.A. Clinical Psychology from University of Delhi. She is currently pursuing M.S. Clinical Mental Health Counselling at Wright State University. She is a Research assistant at UCLA Stress Lab, Purdue University & IIM-Indore.

Shruti holds a BA (Honours) in Psychology from Asutosh College, University of Calcutta, and an MA in Psychology from Cotton University, Guwahati. As a marginalized indigenous individual from Assam, my experiences with queerness, caste, and psychosocial disability have spurred my interest in research and advocacy in the areas of mental health equity, social determinants of development, psychology of social inequalities, racial/ethnic stress, minority stress, perceived discrimination, and intergenerational trauma. I'm passionate about open science and breaking down systemic barriers that prevent underrepresented Psychology students from accessing higher education and research opportunities in India.
Sneha is a second Year Psych Hons student at Lady Shri Ram College, DU. Fulbright Research Intern with PI Samantha Plezia (Fulbright Scholar) in collaboration with Sangath ARG. Interested in social and applied psychology, behavioural decision making, and body image issues. Active advocate for inclusivity and equal opportunities for all.
