The Bainbridge Development Corporation initiated the project to assist the Bainbridge Naval Training Center Historical Association Museum in preserving the history of the Naval Training Center. They asked Cecil College to aid in the creation of an interactive virtual tour that would capture the history & experience of those associated with the site. The resulting Adobe Flash application has served well for many years, and will now take on a new form as a web based application with original elements taking a predominate place. The USNTC Bainbridge Web Manager has been working hard to modernize the original tour, but felt it was important to recognize the original project team whose hard work continues to influence and change lives.
