The inaugural "New Attitude Boxing" Show will be:
December 13, 2025 in Allentown, PA.
The doors open at Noon and the first fight will be at 1pm.
Weigh-ins will be Friday, December 12 at 6pm.

All experience levels may compete ages 12 and up.
Fighters with 3 fights or less must wear headgear. 18+ Fighters with 3 wins or more do not wear headgear.
Matches are three rounds two minutes each. Title fights are five rounds two minutes each.
Weigh ins are day before.
All fighters must complete all paperwork upon accepting a bout.
All fighters must submit bloodwork and a physical by Decemebr 3rd.

Required Paperwork and Medicals for Boxers
Steps 1 and 2 Get you a free USKA BOXING license expires 12/31/2026
1 Fill out the fighter app first (If you did this recently move to step 2)
2 License Application Must be filled out by Fighter: License is good for the calendar year (No fee Info only)
Begin Step 3 when you have a confirmed opponent
3 Experience Form Must be filled out by Trainer for first timers in PA and all December 13 boxers.
4 Amateur Fighter Contract Must be filled out by fighter for all fights.
Do step 5 for under 18 and step 6 if you have 3 or more fights.
5 Parental Consent form Must be filled out by Parent or Guardian If under 18
6 Advanced Boxing Waiver Must be fill out by fighter first. We will send to trainer for signature.
Complete Bloodwork and Medicals guide.
All boxers must have a physical on our form and the correct Bloodwork.
(Phys) Annual Physical Your physical must be done on this form and signed by a DOCTOR (MD or DO). Schedule your physical as soon as possible. (Your physical is typically good for 1 year.) As soon as it is complete take a picture and UPLOAD it.

(Hiv-B-C) Bloodwork: Schedule your blood work and upload as soon as possible. Always request a copy of results. The blood work must be exactly what is listed. Note: Fighters get the wrong hep b test all the time! Don’t be that fighter. It is highly recommended that you use “request a test” to schedule your blood work. (Your blood work is typically good for the year IF it is less than 6 months old when first submitted and licensed.) Link to request a test: https://requestatest.com/combative

Now that your medicals are complete, please take care of the following items. Listed in the order of importance.

1. YOU MUST enter Corner information Here: Important: Enter for every event or update as needed . If your corner is not on the list they will not be allowed in locker room or your corner. Max 2 corners.
2. Weigh-ins and photo shoot Friday 6pm sharp. All fighters must be weighed in by 6:30 If your weight is currently more than 5 lbs of your agreed upon contract weight please email the matchmaker immediately
3. If you haven’t signed up for the ticket ambassador program you can do it here, the ambassador program ends when weigh ins begins. You earn commission on tickets and ppv if you sell a minimum of 10.
5. Send fighter walk out music to: dnddiscjockeys@gmail.com Make sure your name matches the bout card
6. Review your rule set NO CHEEK PADS ON HEADGEAR if over 18

Paperwork and Bloodwork Update updated 12/9/2025 9pm
All paperwork is due upon agreeing to fight. No contract/paperwork means no fight. The due date for Blood and Physical was 12/3/2025. We have a medical extension for the following matchups Wednesday 12/10/25 at Noon. Your contract must have the correct agreed upon weight. If you sent in a contract but it is still on the list the weights may be conflicting or the opponent has changed. Paperwork must be ALL in by Monday 12/8/25 at noon.
