Student recruitment agents can also be absorbed as USIPT executive officers and earn a fixed base salary if they are committed to the tasks given by USIPT headquarters or governance office.

For university students who are about to undergo practical or industrial training, they are also welcome to join the USIPT team with a higher monthly allowance compared to other places.
