Teresa Hernandez is a graduate of the M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology(Dec. '18) at the University of Tampa. She has worked in education since 2008 and earned an MA in TESOL in 2012. Ameya Kapre is a graduate of the M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology program at The University of Tampa (Dec. '18). He has a Bachelor's in Management Studies from Mumbai University and a Master's in Business Administration from Pune University. Also, he has worked in the corporate sector for 3 years in sales and marketing profile and so creating programs to cover gaps in training and performance and counter other issues, instructional design was the ideal course for him to pursue. Ameya is also keen on developing e-Learning courses using LMS and design curriculum for universities and schools.

Jessica Luce is a graduate of the M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology program at The University of Tampa (Dec. '18). She has a B.A. in Applied Sociology and a background in customer service and higher education administration. With four years of experience working in higher education, assisting learners has become a passion of hers. Jessica thoroughly enjoys being creative and tapping into her artistic skills. In particular, e-Learning multi-media facets have captured her interest as she is able to utilize both her artistic and instructional design skill sets.

Joe Wynn is a graduate of the M.S. degree in Instructional Design and Technology (August 2018) at the University of Tampa. Wynn has worked in the field of Higher Education Administration since 1994 at both private and public colleges including The University of Colorado at Boulder, The University of California, Berkeley and The University of Tampa. Wynn's ideal instructional design career would focus on creating APPS and instructional design tools to educate consumers about specific companies and organizations that focus in the areas of sustainable environmental resources, which would help reduce adverse impacts of human activity on the environment.
