The Undergraduate Law Review showcases the scholarly work of USF undergraduates through its published volumes. Each volume represents a curated collection of student research, critical analysis, and academic writing on a wide range of legal topics, including contemporary issues, public policy debates, and case law at the local, state, and federal levels.

Volume II — Second Issue

Published: Spring 2026
Volume II reflects the dedication, rigor, and creativity of our members and sets the foundation for a tradition of excellence in undergraduate legal scholarship.

We are proud to have completed Volume II and are now building on this success as we enter our third semester. Future volumes will continue to highlight student voices, foster critical thinking, and contribute meaningfully to the broader pre-law and legal community at USF.
