The Undergraduate Law Review is a student-led initiative dedicated to advancing legal scholarship and academic excellence. We provide undergraduates with the opportunity to engage deeply in legal research, critical analysis, and academic writing on topics ranging from contemporary legal issues and public policy debates to case law at the local, state, and federal levels.
Having successfully completed our inaugural semester and published Volume I, we are excited to enter our second semester, building on the foundation of rigorous scholarship and student-driven inquiry. Our publication process begins with a careful selection of submissions and continues through comprehensive editorial review led by our executive board, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and scholarly integrity in every piece we publish. Through this process, members develop essential skills for future careers in law while contributing meaningfully to the intellectual life of the USF pre-law community.
The Undergraduate Law Review supports and advances the organization’s mission by equipping students with the tools necessary to excel in legal advocacy, research, and academic scholarship. Stay tuned for updates, opportunities, and the release of future volumes as we continue to expand this exciting platform for undergraduate legal voices.
