Matthew is a junior Elementary Education Major at USC Upstate. As President, Matthew actively collaborates with campus leadership, community partners, and Spartanburg to create meaningful opportunities that empower fellows to thrive beyond graduation.  After school, Matthew plans to teach 3rd grade in South Carolina. Outside of school, Matthew works as a substitute teacher. Matthew loves coffee and is looking forward to an exciting new academic year.

Laikyn is a Junior with a major in Specia Education. Her role is to contact Upstate's partner schools to set up service projects for fellows to get into schools! It is a crucial role of Teaching Fellows to provide service to local schools. It benefits both the partner schools and the fellows as well. Laikyn hopes to teach a self contained class in district  two in the future.

Jaiden is a junior majoring in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She is the Co-Social Media Chair for at USC Upstate, where she is responsible for keeping all social media platforms up to date. After graduation, Jaiden hopes to teach in an elementary school in South Carolina. She is also a student ambassador and orientation leader at USC Upstate.

Kelsey is a junior at USC Upstate with a plan to major in Early Childhood Education. Kelsey's roles for the leadership team include the mentor/mentee program, making fun games for our meetings, and most importantly making sure our new fellows are having a good first year at USC Upstate. After school, Kelsey plans to teach Kindergarten in South Carolina. Outside of school, Kelsey has a Job at an after-school daycare as a counselor and also is on the decorating committee at her church.

Dalton is a Senior at USC Upstate with a plan to major in Physical Education. Dalton's roles for the leadership team include keeping the website up to date and also help in any way he can for the program. After school, Dalton plans to teach P.E. in South Carolina. Outside of school, Dalton is an assistant baseball coach at High Point Academy and also has a landscaping company.

Clay Crossley is a Junior teaching fellow at the University of South Carolina Upstate. When Clay is not on campus, he can be found serving as a youth minister at Roebuck Baptist Church and spending time with the people he loves.
