Matthew is a senior Elementary Education Major at USC Upstate. As President, Matthew actively collaborates with campus leadership, community partners, and Spartanburg to create meaningful opportunities that empower fellows to thrive beyond graduation.  After school, Matthew aspires to teach 3rd grade in South Carolina. Outside of school, Matthew works as a substitute teacher. Matthew loves coffee and is looking forward to an exciting new academic year.

Julia is a Sophomore Early Childhood Education Major at USC Upstate. Outside of school, working with children, and being the Vice President Julia loves going on hikes, and trying new foods. You can also always find Julia shopping and traveling to other places. Julia is so excited to be Vice President this year and she can't wait for what is to come.

Shakari Jones is a Secondary Education & Mathematics Major through the NSF Noyce Program here at USCUpstate and also has a middle level concentration add-on. She works with the College of Education as well as in the Rec Center while participating in other organizations on campus like IMPACT, a community service organization. She also volunteers with the West View Elementary Breakfast Club providing mentoring to elementary aged girls. After graduation, she plans to move back home to Columbia to inspire middle school minds.  

Laikyn is a senior with a major in Specia Education. Her role is to contact Upstate's partner schools to set up service projects for fellows to get into schools! It is a crucial role of Teaching Fellows to provide service to local schools. It benefits both the partner schools and the fellows as well. Laikyn hopes to teach a self contained class in district  two in the future.

Jaiden is a senior majoring in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She is the Co-Social Media Chair for at USC Upstate, where she is responsible for keeping all social media platforms up to date. After graduation, Jaiden hopes to teach in an elementary school in South Carolina. She is also a student ambassador and orientation leader at USC Upstate. 

Katelyn is a Sophomore Early Childhood and Elementary Education Major at USC Upstate. Kaitlyn loves photography and that is why she loves being the photographer for teaching fellows. When Kaitlyn is not at school or taking pictures she loves spending time with her family and reading.

Kelsey is a junior at USC Upstate with a plan to major in Early Childhood Education. Kelsey's roles for the leadership team include the mentor/mentee program, making fun games for our meetings, and most importantly making sure our new fellows are having a good first year at USC Upstate. After school, Kelsey plans to teach Kindergarten in South Carolina. Outside of school, Kelsey has a Job at an after-school daycare as a counselor and also is on the decorating committee at her church.

Dalton is a senior at USC Upstate with a plan to major in Physical Education. Dalton's roles for the leadership team include communicating with our partner schools and he helps plan college day and mock interview day. After school, Dalton plans to teach P.E. in South Carolina. Outside of school, Dalton is the Head baseball coach at High Point Academy and also has a landscaping company.

Clay Crossley is a junior at the University of South Carolina Upstate majoring in Physical Education. Clay is in charge of making the website. When Clay is not on campus, he can be found serving as a youth minister at Roebuck Baptist Church and spending time with the people he loves. After Clay graduates he plans to teach P.E in South Carolina and continue ministry.
