CHIEF OF POLICE | Stellenbergen Hoinen

Chief Stellenbergen Hoinen was appointed as the Chief of the United States Capitol Police in December 2023. Chief Hoinen previously served in the Federal Bureau of Investigation before establishing the United States Capitol Police as the First Chief of the Capitol Police. He has experience on Tactical Operations related to Counter-Terrorism and Intelligence Gathering

During his career, Chief Hoinen has attended training in various domestic and international seminars regarding on policing and more. He also attended institutes in the Institute for Law Enforcement and the Polytechnic University of Security and Public Order.

ASSISTANT CHIEF OF POLICE | Adam Plock

Assistant Chief Adam Plock was appointed as the Assistant Chief of the United States Capitol Police in December 2023. Assistant Chief Plock is currently serving as a commander in the Washington DC Metropolitan Police and also he is serving in the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

During his career, Assistant Chief Plock attended trainings in Georgia, New York and Michigan. He also attended various seminars internationally in Poland, Germany and Spain.

DEPUTY CHIEF OF OPERATIONS, PROTECTIVE SERVICES BUREAU | Supermen Venom

Deputy Chief Venom was appointed as the Deputy Chief of Operations of the Protective Services Bureau of the United States Capitol Police in December 2023. Deputy Chief Venom has various experiences in the field of VIP Protection and Counter-Terrorism and Protection activities. He is also serving in the Washington DC Metropolitan Police's Emergency Response Team and a member of the United States Secret Service.

During his career, Deputy Chief Venom has attended training in various institutes such as the Indian Academy of Governance and the UK College of Policing.

DEPUTY CHIEF OF OPERATIONS, UNIFORMED SERVICES BUREAU | Techno Kwkebevrvtbe

Deputy Chief Kwkebevrvtbe was appointed as the Deputy Chief of Operations of the Uniformed Services Bureau of the United States Capitol Police in December 2023. Deputy Chief Plock has various experiences in the field of Police Tactical Operations and Riot Policing. He also served in the Washington DC Metropolitan Police.

During his career, Deputy Chief Kwkebevrvtbe has attended trainings in both domestic and international and helped paved the way on creating more opportunities in the field of Communicative Policing.
