Non-Compliance with U.S law, DoJ regulations, or agency policy
Poor performance or inefficiency
Waste or abuse of resources, funding, or personnel
Inactivity, inaction, or negligence

The Investigations Division receives and handles complaints on employees for:
Criminal activity
Misconduct
Physical or power abuse
Corruption
Violation of policies or procedures
Profiling or bias
Breaches of confidentiality or security
