The Family Readiness Network is here to help! This page guides you through how to request assistance with childcare, pet care, spouse support, or other family needs.
Follow the simple step-by-step process below to get connected with our network.
2. Your request will be sent to the volunteers from the region you chose
Volunteers will review the requests and determine if they are able to assist.
You will be contacted directly by a volunteer if they can help with your need.
3. Coordination - Confirmation - Waivers
The volunteer and you confirm the details: date, time, and any special instructions (childcare routines, pet care needs, etc.). Both will sign a waiver to protect both parties.
If our volunteers are unavailable, the Home Readiness Team (HRT) will follow up to help find support.
4. Support Provided
Assistance is delivered according to the agreed plan.
Volunteers report completion to the Home Readiness Team for tracking and quality assurance.
5. Follow-Up (Optional but Encouraged)
After your request is fulfilled, you can provide feedback to help improve the process and let us know if additional support is needed in the future. Please send feedback to our email: USAFBandHomeReadiness@gmail.com
