My professional journey began with a strong foundation in communication and public engagement, which gradually evolved into a long-term commitment to institutional service and public safety. Over the years, I have worked across operational coordination, stakeholder engagement, awareness programming, and capacity-building initiatives supporting prevention and rehabilitation priorities through structured implementation and responsible leadership. I value evidence-informed practice, continuous learning, and collaborative approaches that contribute to social well-being and community resilience.

My current professional focus is centered on strengthening a balanced approach to drug control through prevention, public awareness, and rehabilitation-oriented support. I am particularly engaged in community-based prevention initiatives, inter-agency coordination, and capacity development to promote evidence-informed practice across prevention and treatment services. This aligns with the broader institutional priorities of drug abuse prevention and rehabilitation efforts in Bangladesh.
