UrbanEase Account and Data Deletion

UrbanEase users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting UrbanEase support.
How to request account deletion:
1. Send an email to ssssolutions204@gmail.com
2. Use the subject line: UrbanEase Account Deletion Request
3. Include the following information:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address or phone number
- Your society/resident details, if applicable
- A clear request to delete your UrbanEase account
What data will be deleted:
When your account deletion request is verified, UrbanEase will delete or anonymize account data associated with your account, including:
- Account profile information
- Resident profile details
- Chat account access data
- App preferences
- Device and notification tokens
- Non-required user-submitted data where deletion is possible
What data may be retained:
Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, billing, society management, or regulatory purposes. This may include:
- Billing or payment records
- Complaint records required by society management
- Security logs
- Records needed to prevent abuse or unauthorized access
- Data required to comply with legal obligations
Retention period:
Account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days after verification. Some records may be retained for a longer period where legally or operationally required.
Request deletion of some data without deleting account:
Users may also request deletion or correction of certain personal data without deleting their full UrbanEase account by emailing ssssolutions204@gmail.com with the subject line:
