There is a limited number of each type of tree and shrub.
No trees will be held in advance of the event or for late pick-up.
Trees and shrubs will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
NOTE: If you select a tree or shrub that needs a mate, you will receive two of the same tree or shrub. This will count as two of your trees.
Please come to the pick-up with a prioritized list of the trees and shrubs you would like, as your first choice items may be "sold-out."
If possible, please bring a box, bag, or bucket with you to the event to carry home your trees & shrubs.
The spreadsheet below provides important information about the native trees and shrubs that will be available. Please be sure to read the sun and soil requirements for the items in which you are interested. Many of the trees and shrubs available are water lovers and need to be planted in wet/moist areas.
Additionally, be mindful of the height to which the trees and shrubs will grow. Some of the trees can grow upwards of 100 feet tall and shrubs can be up to 25 feet wide. Think about where you want to plant your trees and shrubs before making your selections. Please review the information provided on the "Tree Planting Tips" page.
Do not plant trees under utility wires.
Remember, plant trees/shrubs with enough space around them for their ADULT SIZE.
Please plan to stay at the event to learn to plant your trees properly. Demonstrations will be repeated continuously.
PLEASE return your tree pots to Camelot Park. You will see a pile of pots in the jersey-barrier area. Please drop them off in this area only.
