By downloading or using UpTapDown (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
UpTapDown is a utility app that allows users to create and manage counters. You can tap to increase or decrease values, set target goals, reset counts, and optionally customize the appearance or other app settings.
The App is provided “as is” for personal and non-commercial use.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App
Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s data or systems
You are solely responsible for any content or numerical data you input, track, export, or share using the App (including screenshots or shared statistics), and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use and share such content.
We respect your privacy.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy (insert actual URL) to understand how we handle your data.
In summary:
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email, or precise location.
App settings, counter-related preferences, and local history information are stored on your device, unless otherwise stated in the Privacy Policy.
Advertising, analytics, and billing may be handled by third-party services such as Google AdMob, Google Play Services, and Google Play Billing, which may process certain identifiers in accordance with their own privacy policies.
The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar third-party networks.
We may also offer:
In-app purchases, for example to remove ads, unlock UpTapDown Pro, enable additional themes or color schemes, or access advanced or premium features.
Rewarded ads, for example to temporarily remove ads, unlock certain Pro-like features, or gain other in-app benefits.
All purchases are handled through the official Google Play Store billing system, and any refunds are processed according to Google’s policies. We do not provide direct refunds outside of what is supported by Google Play.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption, error, or defect, or that any issues will be corrected immediately.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowbit Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the App
Loss of data or malfunction caused by device issues, operating system updates, or storage limitations
Any actions or failures of third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics providers, or billing services
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
You may also stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will take effect once it is posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
We may also update the App itself (e.g., new features, bug fixes, UI changes). Some updates may be required in order to continue using all or part of the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
