Land Subdivision
After the official search, the land owner, through our registered physical planners, prepare land subdivision schemes/plans showing the plots to subdivide. An application is made to the County Government Planning department attaching the subdivision plan and a brief explaining why the subdivision is in line with the physical planning policies. After approval, the land is subdivided with the help of our registered surveyor, after which land titles of the plots are processed.
Duly filled P.P.A 1 forms in triplicate submitted and signed by a registered Physical Planner
Subdivision scheme plan (5 blue prints and 1 lined print)
Planning Brief by a registered physical planner (signed accordingly)
Ownership documents (Title Deed)
Comprehensive Location plan
Application fee receipt
Rates payment receipts
Application fee (Fee is charged per plot subdivided and varies in all counties)
P.P.A 1 form fee (Kshs 1000 - 2000 depending on the county)
Professional fee(Depends on the size of the project and the area the property is located)
