UpscalerAI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered image enhancement, restoration, and colorization services. The app uses advanced machine learning algorithms to process and improve your images.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
1. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any images you upload
2. You must not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
3. You must not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
CREDITS AND PAYMENTS
- UpscalerAI operates on a credit-based system
- Credits are required to process images
- All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
- We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit amounts
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content, features, and functionality of UpscalerAI are owned by us
- You retain ownership of images you upload
- Processed images are provided for your personal use
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UpscalerAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Any loss or damage resulting from use of the service
- Inaccuracies in processed images
- Service interruptions or technical issues
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to UpscalerAI at any time, with or without cause or notice.
