About UTSA:

The Upper Township Soccer Association (UTSA) became a nonprofit organization in 2003 to foster the development of youth soccer in Upper  Township.  

Our Mission Statement: 

The mission of this organization is to instill the principles of good citizenship, good  sportsmanship, and teamwork in the youth of our township and surrounding municipalities through knowledge of and association with the  competitive sport of soccer.
