On this website, the district will be posting videos and resources as well.
We will continue to use DOJO as a way to communicate with each other. If you are not currently in your scholar's class on DOJO email your teacher for a code.
In this unit we learn all about how to take care of the planet that we share and how our daily choices impact the world. Scholars learn the importance of conservation, recycling, reducing litter, reusing items and natural resources. Every year our scholars take the TEN ON TUESDAY pledge. TEN ON TUESDAY means that every Tuesday your scholar gets out for a walk and they pick up ten pieces of litter that they find. I encourage you take the pledge with your scholar and make it a family activity. We can work together to keep our planet clean even though we are apart. Follow the link, make the pledge and send in pictures of you doing your part!
