State and Local Agencies

We are particularly skilled at helping state/local agencies substantially boost participants in their job seeker and employer programs. We create, implement, and orchestrate effective promotional campaigns that generally produce rapid results. As participants of these programs ourselves, our first-hand knowledge and experience adds credibility that sparks job seekers and employers to enroll.

Our ground assault is to engage employers one-on-one through trade events, Chambers, Rotary, SHRM, job fairs & hiring events, alumni gatherings, etc. Importantly, we directly contact those with current postings on job boards (Indeed, Zip, etc.), state/local agencies, college/high school career centers, etc.

Having built a large workforce taught us where and how to attract job seekers quickly and inexpensively, oftentimes using no-cost publicity campaigns.

What do we charge? Zero - we donate our services. Uplift People is our platform to pay-it-forward. State agencies merely reimburse us for out-of-pocket expenses from a mutually agreed upon budget for materials, outside services, and on-site accommodations.
