Multimedia, also known as mixed media, is the collection of different mediums on one surface. This allows for layers of textures, styles, and colors to creating a more appealing and visually interesting art form. Through our course, students will learn how to layer multiple mediums, including tempera paint and other objects such as buttons, beads, pipe cleaners, and more. This will create a visually interesting piece while utilizing the strengths of each art medium. This course is split between two sessions to ensure students can paint and apply objects in a timely fashion.
