1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Uplev, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Uplev is an AI-assisted career transition coaching app that provides personalized daily actions, a transition roadmap, and progress tracking. It is not a licensed career counseling or professional advisory service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Uplev offers auto-renewing subscriptions managed through the Apple App Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings.

• We do not offer refunds beyond what Apple or Google's standard policies provide.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the app or API

• Provide false information to manipulate AI-generated content

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

5. AI-Generated Content

Actions and plans generated by Pivot are AI-produced and for informational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice. Results vary by individual circumstance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Uplev is owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC CAREER OUTCOMES. USE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pivot.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Pivot for violations of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Pivot after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
