Ultra-precision Metrology and Manufacturing using ultrafast laser pulses from IR to X-ray
Detailed research topic include
(i) high-precision dimensional/spectral/dynamical metrology for semiconductor, flat panel display, precision-engineering products, atom/molecule dynamics and bio-cell
(ii) high-precision laser manufacturing of flexible/multi-stacked electronics/optics
(iii) next generation optical devices including plasmonic nanostructures for ultrafast signal processing and EUV/X-ray applications.
