Financial Statements: the Who, How, and Why

SoFi Transformation Team
SoFi's Transformation Team presented about their work to automate processes and leverage technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness in SoFi's accounting department. Resume Workshop
Students learned about essential elements of a resume, how to properly format one, and how to write powerful statements to illustrate the impact made in an experience. After the presentation, Accounting Club officers spent the remaining 40 minutes providing personalized, one-on-one help to attending students.

Students learned the the PAR (Problem, Action, Result) method for answering interview questions, strategies to better prepare for interviews, how to conduct oneself in an interview, and what to do after the interview. We also covered some common interview questions and shared a list of sample questions to ask.
