Top Question - What Will the New Curriculum Refresh Entail?
We are refreshing our curriculum, not redoing it. We are taking our already innovative and integrated curriculum and bringing it to the next level. This will be a slightly accelerated curriculum to get students into clinical learning environment sooner. In this refresh, we will move from learning normal and then abnormal to integrating these concepts together by system. We are adding a comprehensive multi-systems course at the end before dedicated step study. This refresh will give a lot more flexibility for unique pathways with the extra time, including students who may need additional time to study for step and/or have life events that alter plans, as well as options for research blocks and electives.
