We invite ALL members of the graduating class of 2022 to apply for membership if they feel they exemplify AOA's core pillars of excellence:

academic achievement
gifted teaching
humanism

research
diversity
Step scores, preclinical grades, and clinical grades are no longer factored into the AOA application process. Academic achievement will be measured by other metrics of scholarly activity including but not limited to academic pursuits, medical education work, research activities, and demonstrated commitment to improving education in all forms.
