Unwind Your Mind is a social media campaign that is dedicated to raising awareness and providing information on how to support someone struggling with anxiety. We posted with the intention of emphasizing the various causes of anxiety in social, mental, and physical aspects. We also incorporated protective factors such as mindfulness techniques that people can follow to protect their mental health.
Chloe Jang is a sophomore at Lambert High School. She is a lieutenant officer of Lambert's HOSA chapter and the founder of Project B.L.O.O.M which passionately helps her community fight childhood hunger.
Ava Samuel is a sophomore at Lambert High School, passionate about raising awareness for mental health. She loves to volunteer and strives to be a positive influence in her community.
