Hi, I’m Ashton! I’m a junior in high school, and tennis has been a passion of mine since I was seven. For the past three years, I’ve competed on the varsity tennis team, where I’ve learned that success isn’t just about physical skill, it’s just as much about mental strength, resilience, and balance. Through my journey as an athlete and a student, I’ve come to understand the profound impact mental health has on performance and overall well-being. That realization inspired me to take part in HOSA’s Mental Health Promotion, where I hope to help break the stigma surrounding mental health and advocate for its importance, just as we do for physical health.
Hi, I'm Quinn! I'm a Junior with a passion for science and innovation, and I plan to pursue a career in biomedical engineering. I've always been fascinated by how technology and medicine intersect to improve lives, but I also know that the true healthcare innovation isn't just about treating illnesses, it's about enhancing overall health, including mental health. I joined HOSA's Mental Health Promotion to help raise awareness about the importance of mental health. As future healthcare professionals, we have a responsibility to advocate for a world where mental health is prioritized.
Hi, I'm Anoushka. I'm a Junior and my journey with mental health started during middle school, when the world shut down due to COVID-19. Experiencing such an isolating and uncertain time made me realize just how important mental health is, not just for individuals but for the entire community. Seeing the impact of loneliness, stress, and anxiety on myself and those around me inspired me to take action and be apart of the conversation. This is why I joined HOSA's Mental Health Promotion.
