You will receive an email from UNSW with the application instructions within a week of nominations. Nominations are made in late March for fall participants and early October for spring participants. You should complete the application within a few days of receiving the application instructions. This will ensure you will be accepted in time to receive the acceptance package to begin making travel and housing arrangements. If you need your UIUC transcript, remember it was uploaded to the documents section of your UIUC study abroad application.
After completing your application, an email will be sent stating you have submitted your application and they will provide more housing information in this email. Once accepted (this can take up to two or three weeks), you will be asked to accept your offer and within a week of accepting, you’ll be emailed the Confirmation of Acceptance with further instructions.
