credit + grades + Transcripts

Students need to log into the My eQuals system and send the secure transcript link to studyabroad@business.illinois.edu . Students need to log into the system within 2 weeks of receiving a notification email from UNSW, which will be sent to their UNSW student email. Once they have logged in, they have unlimited access. 

Your records officer will use the final Course Approval Form you submit to determine how the courses will transfer to UIUC (grade, credit/no credit, and the course equivalency). The transcript and credit recommendation will be sent to the Registrar's Office for final processing. They will add the courses, credits, and grades to your permanent record. Please note that it could take up to three to six months for your final grades to appear on your DARS.
