If You Give A Mouse A Cookie
This lesson uses eraser head "robots" to re-tell the story of "If you give a mouse a cookie." This particular lesson uses a robot-oriented approach requiring students to use "Move Forward (F), Rotate Right (R), Rotate Left (L) to navigate the key components of the story. In addition, students look for repeated patterns and are introduced to the idea of loops. The map is included as a word doc as modification is easy by changing the images that appear in the grid. This lesson is adapted from Seesaw's lesson. An alternate version involving students moving in a grid can be found through CS unplugged's kidbot lesson.
