I was primarily involved with the marketing team of clients who are builders and architects under Sneha Enterprises, a company specializing in brand design, site branding, brochure creation, exhibition displays, advertising, and 3D renderings for construction projects. My role included creating promotional materials such as posters, videos, and banners for major occasions and special offers on their properties to attract potential buyers. I produced numerous marketing assets to help sell their flats.
Working under the guidance of designers who focused mainly on site branding, 3D renderings for construction projects, creating brochures, brand design, and exhibition displays, helped me understand how to execute a design from concept to final product, the steps involved in the process, and, most importantly, how to meet client requirements effectively.
Posters created using Photoshop for specific occasions to catch the attention of potential buyers by showcasing the buildings and providing necessary details.
These are made using 3ds Max, it is a 3D rendering model of flats on a floor which was used in a construction project brochure.
Learned how to use 3ds Max software to create detailed 3D rendering models from architectural plans. This involved understanding of the various tools and features of the software, translating 2D plans into 3D representations, and refining the models to accurately depict the proposed structures.
