Chime Ifebuchechukwu Giland is the Chancellor and founder of the First African Distance Learning University (FADLU). Born on September 23, 1990, he is recognized as one of the world's youngest university owners and founders. FADLU is an accredited, internationally recognized online learning institution. 

Chime Ifebuchechukwu Giland is a Nigerian entrepreneur and educator who's made history as the world's youngest university owner and proprietor at just 34 years old. He's the founder of the First African Distance Learning University (FADLU), which has gained international recognition for its innovative approach to education .

Giland's educational background is impressive, with a Diploma in Business and Legal Studies from Alison Institution in Ireland, and certifications in National Capacity Building Training for Disaster Managers from NSCDC Academy Sauka, Abuja. He's also earned Bachelor's degrees in Software Engineering and Criminal Law, a Master's in Software Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Software Engineering from FADLU .
