Tumbling Classes are ran once a week with structure, repetition, and progression of skills with use of drills, strengthening, and mobility exercises. Two to three coaches are there at a time to help with instruction and guidance. Registration is required and the monthly fee is $50.
Beginner Tumbling Classes and Open Gyms
We exercise handstands, cartwheels, backbends, kickovers, pull ups, and roundoffs
Intermediate Tumbling Classes and Open Gyms
We exercise handstands, cartwheel and roundoff connecting skills, walkovers, and handsprings
Advanced Tumbling Classes and Open Gyms
We exercise speed and control in our tumbling passes: tucks, whips layouts, and twists
Open Gyms are $10 per session and there is no monthly commitment. Students must be registered by Fall to attend. Open Gyms are an hour of tumbling practice, with more free range of the floor and equipment.
Private Lessons are offered mainly in the summer. $100 per month for a 45 minute session
