Recreational dance programs are a great way to blend physical activity with creative expression, to ensure kids are making the most of their after-school hours. Recreational dance is a great opportunity for young dancers to explore the joy of movement in a safe and low-pressure environment. Our recreational dancers get the chance to participate in two low-stakes stage performances throughout the year, allowing them to showcase all they've learned for friends and family! Recreational dance classes build confidence, foster development of social skills, encourage creativity, and improve flexibility, coordination, strength, and cardiovascular health.
