UDC students will never be treated differently based on finances, ability, appearance, or personality. Any dancer who signs up for dance class and has a positive attitude, has a place at UDC. Dancers can only grow when they have a safe space for their minds, and their bodies, and it our my mission to use our knowledge and experience create this.

UDC is proud to have some of the lowest recreational and competitive pricing in the KW region. UDC firmly believes the level of dance training you can access should not be a result of your financial situation. Classes are priced as low as possible, with plenty of flexible options for payment plans. Mikayla will work with families to accommodate financially for their needs, to ensure no child has to miss out on the experience of dance classes. Classes also have small cap sizes to ensure your child's individual instruction needs are being met. The level of training the dancers receive at UDC is valued miles higher than the cost of tuition fees.

With 4 years of study in psychology, neuroscience, and child development at the University of Guelph, Mikayla possesses deep understanding of the psychological needs of all age groups. With research focused in child development and sports psychology, Mikayla has the unique ability to support students through achievements and challenges in their dance journeys. On top of this, Mikayla possesses a plethora of certifications and credentials in a variety of dance genres to provide the highest quality of technical training. All of UDC's staff members have a minimum of 12 years of dance experience, with years of experience in teaching and choreography of a variety of levels and age groups. All of our teachers continue to take workshops, courses, and seminars, to further their knowledge. Just like our students, our staff are always learning and growing!
