The University High School Girls Basketball Summer Program is designed to support player development, team cohesion, and preparation for the upcoming winter season.
Returning Players
Participation is strongly expected for all returning athletes and is an important part of offseason development and program continuity.
Incoming Freshmen
Strongly recommended for any incoming freshmen interested in trying out for basketball in the winter season.
Our summer program emphasizes:
Skill development (ball handling, shooting, footwork)
Strength and conditioning
Team concepts and basketball IQ
Competitive play opportunities
We will also feature special guest trainers throughout the program to enhance player development and provide additional exposure to different coaching styles.
Consistent attendance is strongly encouraged and plays an important role in player development, team chemistry, and preparation for the season.
Returning players are expected to prioritize participation in the summer program.
Any known conflicts should be communicated in advance.
To participate:
Players must complete online registration
Players must be athletically cleared through the school
The athletic clearance process includes:
Online submission
A current physical exam completed by a medical professional

We are asking for a donation of $300 per player, which helps cover:
Coaching staff
Facility use
Training and development opportunities
This program is supported through participation and contributions. Full participation allows us to provide a high-quality experience for all athletes.
