Food in the United Kingdom is very different. They have their own unique taste and different language. For examples, they call french fries 'chips'. Food plays an important role for their culture. Some of their foods are interesting, such as having meat in a pie.
Fish and Chips:
Considered to be the national dish of the United Kingdom. Till today, it is still considered the most popular takeaway in all four of its nations.

There are also many food trucks that sell fish and chips.
Shepherd's Pie:
A meat pie with a mashed potato crust. This dish has a very strong flavor with the meats and mashes potato.
People always make sure their meat is good and if the crust is nice, along with it being toasted.
Many people either like it or hate it.
Steak and Kidney Pie/Pudding:
A savory pie made with beef steak and beef kidney.
Britain and Ireland are famous for their savory and sweet pies, and their traditional steak and kidney pie.
Not to be confused with steak and kidney pudding, this pie carried the U.K. through wars and recessions.
Today, it continues to be loved as a hearty and filling comfort food.

It is mixed with onion, oatmeal, suet, and spices.
Bangers and Mash:
Sausages and mashed potatoes.
The sausage is fresh pork.
It is made with bread filler and seasoned with spices.
