Warranty plan

1. To provide our customers with added peace of mind,

2. United Furniture Center has instituted the Solid Gold Warranty program.

3. These extended warranty programs are available on Veneers, MDF, Solid wood and plywood,

4. Warranty plan: 30 Days Limited Solid wood and plywood

Warranty terms

1. All our furniture come with minimum 1 year manufacture inner structure warranty.

2. Warranty is void if any labels are removed

For your safety

Don’t ever place mattress near open flames or expose it to fire This mattress is not flame proof or fire proof and can ignite or burn if exposed to open flame or fire. When ignited, some bedding materials can burn rapidly and emit smoke and hazardous gases Don’t smoke on bed

Furniture guarantee covers:

Inner structure and workmanship

Furniture guarantee does not cover:

1. Scratches, chips, torn on leather/fabric or surface of furniture due to using

2. Damage due to abuse

3. Damage due to misused or overload

4. Damage due to moving or pick up

5. Damage due to direct sunlight

6. Damage due to cleaning chemical products

7. Damage due to inappropriate use. For example: sofa head and arm not for seating, bed not for jumping, bedside not for seating

Availability of identical material

If identical materials are not available at the time of the repair or replacement, we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal quality. Identical fabrics cannot be guaranteed, however the closed available match will always be attempted

Original purchaser only

We offer a guarantee which is only for the benefit of the original purchaser of the products with a copy of the original store receipt, and is non transferable

Transportation charges

Freight to and from the warehouse will be at purchaser expense

For duration of the guarantee

We will repair (or replace at our option) without charge to the original purchaser, any manufacturing fault (as defined). We reserves the right to refuse service when the product is found on inspection to be in an unsanitary condition or when product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials

Return policy

We will replace the goods or make full refund if the goods are returned unused in original package before 7 days of purchased

We will not accept return or issue refund if:

The goods arrived to your later than you would expect

You have changed your mind or your circumstances changed.

No refund or exchange is provided for ex-display or clearance items and sales are final. Change or cancellation of such items will incur the loss of the value of the item.
