Conner Williams
Founder & President, Board of Directors
Conner Williams is a U.S. Navy veteran who served as a helicopter mechanic before transitioning into a career in stand-up comedy and community leadership. A husband and father, Conner has produced and performed in hundreds of comedy shows across the region, building platforms that bring people together through laughter.
He founded The United By Comedy Foundation with a clear purpose: to use comedy as a powerful tool for connection, mental health support, and substance abuse recovery. Drawing from his military service, stage experience, and commitment to family and community, Conner is dedicated to creating spaces where laughter fosters belonging, resilience, and hope.
Cody Shindledecker
Board Director, Relations & Partnerships
Cody Shindledecker is a Former local circuit Comedian, current football coach at Musselman High School, and an avid Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner. Professionally, he is a Regional Sales Manager for a major lawn care franchise, with experience in customer service and outreach, as well as marketing.
His father and grandfather are Army veterans, and he is passionate about the military community. With his involvement in our foundation, he looks to bring his Business Operations experience and his community involvement to further the goals of our mission.
