PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
1. Virtual Video Presentation
The conference will be broadcast via the official ICAN YouTube channel.
Participants must submit a pre-recorded video about their presentation which will be played to the audiences in the scheduled session during the online conference. During this time, presenters should be virtually present for their entire session.
Once the presentation is over, the audiences will have the opportunity to ask their questions to the presenter.
2. Presentation Format
Total of 20 minutes will be allocated to every presenter. This includes, 15 minutes for video presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A session.
The overall duration for recorded video presentation should be 15 minutes and the allowed format for video is .mp4.
The video presentation must be in the form of presenter(s) appearing in the video presenting.
You can use the software or application of your choice to pre-record your presentation. E.g. Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Microsoft PowerPoint, Prezi
3. Submission of the pre-recorded presentation
Video recording can be submitted by emailing the secretariat at conference.unite@gmail.com
Following the submission of the video recording, the presenter should add following information to the e-mail content:
Submission ID:
Paper/Project Title:
Presenter's Name:
4. Virtual Session Preparation
Find your presentation slot in the schedule which will be updated on our website.
Pre-recorded presentations will be managed by the technical team according to the established schedule.
A technical team will be assigned to each virtual session to ensure smooth transitions between presentations and during the Q&A session.
Please make sure to join the virtual session 15 minutes prior to the start.
