Online training includes a personalized training program for you to follow, completely individualized to suite you and your goals. This can be used for at home workouts and/or at the gym.
How does it work? Your program will be accessed through an application on your phone ready to use whenever. What else is included in this program? Kayden will reach out weekly to check-in, offer professional advice to any questions with 24/7 hour support (will be reached back out to within 24 hours), and the freedom of your own scheduling with the option of Kayden scheduling you if you wish.
You will progress throughout your program, becoming stronger, more resilient and disciplined overtime. Online training is the best option to fit into a busy lifestyle.
Prior to beginning your program there is a required $20 deposit fee, which is not present in full of the cost. You may pay monthly, or you can pay in full prior to beginning program which will give you 10% off base amount.
3 Months: Monthly: $65 Full: $175 + $20 initial deposit
6 Months: Monthly: $65 Full: $350 +$20 initial deposit
12 Months: Monthly: $60 Full: $648 +$20 initial deposit
6-8 Week Programs in Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring.
Summer Program: Reboot - Circuit Training (Next will be Summer 2026)
Fall: Circuit training class, and possible dance fitness class TBD
Winter: Sunrise Club: Dance Fitness Class TBD
The space we hold these private sessions is overall exclusive ensuring your comfort and success. It is expected to be available to meet at least once a week. Guidance through your own individualized program, working individually with trainer to get assistance to get a proper workout in! Communication is important is a circumstance that anything comes up. What else comes with training? You will have discounts on enrollment in group programs, free informational guides, 24/7 open communication with trainer, and discounts off our apparel!
The options for how many sessions a week are from 1-3, the minimum amount required per week is 1 session, we are only available weekdays with limited spots open.
Pricing (Weekly):
1-2 Session(s): $75 a Session ($75-$150 Weekly)
3 Sessions: $60 a Session ($180 Weekly)

A week built workout split that can be used every week for months!
Trainer will put together a PDF of a week of different workouts that are individualized to you and your goals. You will have to fill out forms, questionnaires and take part in an online consultation.
This will give you a blueprint of workouts to do throughout a week that you can use for months. After a few months though, you may need to progress your workouts, or want changes, no worries! You will be able to get a revised week program any time you feel necessary! This gives beginners and even the advanced, an opportunity to have a workout plan before getting to the gym, less stress, and less thought on what to do.
We can make anywhere from one planned workout for a week up to seven days planned out for you!

Our newest offering is our beginner guides written by trainer Kayden. We have three different guides to choose from. These guides are filled with information of assist beginners into the fitness world on behalf of their personal goals. These will be sent via email but also can be printed and delivered to you!
