COVID19 Relief Fund Campaign Raised $1,005.95

The United Federation of Filipino-American Educators, Inc. North Texas Chapter is embarking on a campaign to raise a COVID19 Relief Fund. The goal is to extend financial support to our member-educators who have been directly affected by the virus. At the core of this initiative is the Filipino values of “Bayanihan,” pronounced as buy-uh-nee-hun. It is a Filipino custom that refers to the spirit of communal unity, work, and cooperation to achieve a particular goal. With this in mind, we are launching the campaign with the Bayanihan T-shirt (see picture), a symbol of clean, bright, and pure intent to join the cause of supporting our dedicated educators. For a minimum pledge of $20 you will get one of these commemorative shirts. One hundred percent of the proceeds will go to the COVID19 Relief Fund.
