To cooperate with organizations having mutual objectives in initiating and promoting social, educational, and labor welfare with the end in mind that democracy may be better served.

To protect and help improve the services of chapter members in their respective states with regards to the development of education for the youth and adult.

To promote and insure efficient and faithful service for the public and yield a just security as fair reward.

To establish and maintain orderly and practicable democratic processes in the management of the United Federation of Filipino-American Educators, Inc. in accordance with the terms of agreement.

To maintain a relationship of mutual assistance and cooperation with organized labor.
