I know some of you would feel nervous about your session, so I'd like to provide as many details as possible in order to make you feel easy.

Regarding General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), there are CCTV cameras operating on the premise and there is a Ring door bell which has video & audio recording. The record is for property protection and personal safety purpose, and they are erased on a regular basis. This recording won't be used for any other purpose.

1. Have a good breakfast

Good portion of break fast is essential as you'll need to talk for hours!😝 I'm not saying that you should eat a lot of portion but at least have SOMETHING. Just don't skip the breakfast.

Otherwise, you'll have a rumbling tummy during our session.

2. Be Punctual

I can only have one QHHT® session a day, as a session takes easily 4-6 hrs, so may I ask you not to break/be late your appointment?

QHHT is my passion and I look forward to meeting my clients. It's a big disappointment when I get last-minute cancellation😦

3. Greeting

Once you arrive, you'll be asked to take off your shoes. I have several indoor sleepers you can wear, but you can stay without if you want to. Then I'll show you the house (living room where we have an interview, toilet, a room where QHHT® session will take place) and make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

We'll take time until your temperature cools down (or warms up!). I'll ask you to mute your mobile devices.

4. Interview

You'll be asked to sit a sofa and I'll sit a chair facing you. (there is a small table between you ) During our interview I can only provide you water so that we can focus better. Interview usually lasts about 2hrs. There is no set time in QHHT® session. We'll go on until we both feel it's enough. The whole session is confidential, and I take it very seriously.

As I need to ask questions on behalf of you while you're under, I need to understand about you and your life, job, relationships, problems, health conditions etc.

5. Toilet break

Between interview and QHHT® session, I'll ask you to use a bathroom. I advise you to go even if you don't feel the urge to avoid it happening during the session. During the session your whole body will get relaxed, even your bladder.

6. QHHT

The QHHT® session takes place in our guest bed room. Hope you don't feel uncomfortable about this 😉 I'm strictly following the technique that Dolores taught, and it's important to create the similar environment as our natural sleep. There is a small light, so it won't be completely dark. I need some light anyway, as I need to watch you and make sure that you're okay.

You'll be asked to lie flat on the bed and I'll cover you with a thin blanket. Then I'll clip the microphone on your clothes. Once you go under you're not likely to move or change your position, so it's important to be in a comfortable position and feeling relaxed.

7. Debrief

After the session, you can use toilet again. Meanwhile, I'll prepare drinks (coffee/tea/herbal tea. I am a tea lover. You just need to name it 🥰) and little snacks. You and I both will feel peckish after the session. Dolores also said that foods help grounding you down.

We can talk about what happened during the session, and I'll go through the answers and messages we received from the SC.

8. Saying Goodbye

Once you feel wide awake and content with the session, I'll show you a way out. By this time, I hope we have built a good trust and rapport.

9. Receiving the Recorded file

Recording will be sent to you via Google Drive link (due to the file size) after the session. It is usually sent on the same day or the following day.

I’ll keep the download link available for a week, then the file will be deleted to free up the space. I do check with you first before deleting the files. If I need the recording for any reason, I'll ask your permission.

10. Follow up

A few days after your session you'll receive a follow-up email from me asking how you feel and any thoughts or experiences you want to share on the session.
