Active Membership in WIPP

Being a member in WIPP means being a part of a vibrant community of students interested in Public Policy. Futher than that, being a member gives you access to our resources, networking opporuntities, career development workshops, speaker series, and other exclusive events and tools. We are fostering a community of scholars in Policy - read below and learn how to join us!

The club is for women and non-conforming students; the only other requirement is an interest in Public Policy:

Members range from undergraduate to graduate students, so feel free to join us at any point in your UNC experience!

Members typically join in the beginning of the semester, so these steps align with that; however, if you want to join later on, email wipp.unc@gmail.com and we can help you!

Attend Events

Members are required to attend all events we host. Of course, we know life comes up, so we just ask that you let us know each time by emailing: wipp.unc@gmail.com

Participate

To remain an active member in the club, we ask that you do two things:

Participate - do this by acquiring 3 participation points per semester
Work on your semester project - don't leave your fellow members hanging!
